About Us

Purpose of establishment

It is equally desired by those who receive healthcare, as well as those who provide it, that the public can enjoy appropriate, high-quality healthcare with peace of mind. The Japan Council for Quality Healthcare is a public interest incorporated association that aims to contribute to the improvement of the health and welfare of the public and, as a neutral and scientific third-party organization, carries out projects to improve the quality of healthcare and ensure reliable healthcare.

Mission

While placing a high value on ethics and autonomy, we will, from a neutral and scientific standpoint contribute to the health and welfare of Japanese citizens through projects which improve the quality and safety of healthcare and ensure healthcare we can trust.

Vision

We will strive for a society in which Japanese citizens can feel happier through receiving safe and high-quality healthcare without concern, and where our staff have high ambitions for society, and work widely within that society so that every individual can live a plentiful life, all while continuing a JQ organization that both grows and develops.
